DAY TONA

Our collection is divided into two categories:

Ready Stock: These timepieces are ready to ship immediately. You can order them directly from our website via Prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD).

Made-on-Order: You can browse our custom models in the gallery and place your order directly via WhatsApp. These builds require a 20%–30% advance payment and take 3 to 4 weeks for assembly and delivery.

Because our timepieces are custom-assembled to order, we do not offer general returns or refunds. However, if your watch arrives with a transit damage or a manufacturing defect, please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery and we will promptly resolve or replace it.

Yes! You can visit our location at the address listed on our website to personally inspect our ready-stock watches, check their quality, and buy directly on the spot.

Yes, we provide a 2-year machine replacement warranty on all our watches. Please note that this warranty strictly covers the internal movement (machine) only and does not apply to external parts such as the glass, case, dial, or strap.

To claim your warranty, simply courier the watch to our official address for a technical inspection:

Valid Claim: If our check confirms an internal movement fault (and the watch remains untouched by outside repairers), we will replace the machine for free and cover both-way shipping charges.
Warranty Void Conditions: The warranty cannot be claimed if no fault is found, or if the watch has been opened or repaired by any third party.
Water Damage: Water damage is strictly not covered under warranty unless the timepiece was explicitly sold to you as a waterproof model.

Ready-stock timepieces are dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered in 4–7 business days. For "On Order" custom builds, please allow 2 to 4 weeks as each watch is carefully assembled, regulated, and quality-tested before shipping.

All our watches are independently crafted by us and have no affiliation with any third-party brand. We source high-grade parts internationally, assemble and test every watch ourselves, and provide our own store warranty directly to you.

Yes, our watches are sealed with rubber gaskets and built to be water-resistant for everyday wear, easily handling rain and handwashing. However, we recommend keeping them away from hot showers, saunas, or swimming.

A custom mod timepiece gives you the iconic look, weight, and premium specifications of high-end luxury horology—such as sapphire glass and 904L steel—powered by a dependable movement, at a fraction of traditional luxury retail prices.

Yes, we cater to bulk corporate gifting and wholesale inquiries across India. Please contact our team directly with your requirements for exclusive wholesale pricing.

Absolutely! You can customize your dial, case style, bezel, and strap to match your personal taste. Simply reach out to us directly on WhatsApp or Instagram with your preferred combination, and we will build it for you.
